I have been a loyal fresh smoking customer for a few years now and liked my old RN4072 and the 510 as well. I made the switch to the eGo (on customer services recommendation) and absolutely love it. It hits like a real cigarette except without the downside of traditional cigarettes. The battery is amazing. Batteries on the old models would last for hours or maybe a day. I've been a heavy smoker for 33 years. Needless to say, my habit became scary, and my lungs hurt so badly. I'd tried eecigarettes, and though I enjoyed them, especially in smokeless environments, they didn't cut it for me and so I continued to smoke regular cigarettes. I wrote to freshsmoking about my dilemma, and they recommended that I try the Joye eGo as it has greater kick and more robust vapor production. I got the Joye eGo in the mail today, and so far, I'm absolutely delighted. It's more like a real cigarette than anything I've tried and is very satisfying. Indeed, it does have robust vapor production and kick, and I don't have to breathe in so hard. I believe this will work for me and help me kick the cigarette habit. It may save my life. I've been a loyal FreshSmoking customer since I started my ecig experience because they've always treated me right. I get my orders quickly and the customer service is unbelievably fast and receptive. I've never experienced better customer service from any other company on the net, believe me. So I started off on their Monarch, which was good enough to get me off the analog cigs and then moved onto their Pharaoh and a few months ago, gave their Dura-C a whirl. With every model, the throat kicks kept getting stronger so newbies may want to start off like I did. Starting on the strongest may have been too strong for me in the beginning. I held off on the EGO because of the price for awhile but finally decided to buy one a few weeks ago. It nearly blew my head off! The model is sleek and sturdy and works like a charm. The throat kick is super strong and the battery life is freaking amazing! It feels like it lasts forever and it charges super fast. Wow o Wow. I am so glad that I waited for FS to carry the authentic version of the ego. I had read all these reviews of people who purchased cheap imitations and were dissatisfied with their faux egos but this is the real deal.

My battery lasted for 3 straight days. Completely unheard of!! I still can't believe that I didn't have to charge my battery for 3 days and I was puffing on it like a crazy person. Each puff was strong like a freshly charged battery until about an hour before it needed to be recharged. I can't even imagine what the 1000 mah battery will be like.

The best part about the ego is that it works with all my Dura-C atomizers and cartridges so I saved money that way too. Can't wait to see what comes out next. Ecigs saved my life! (Posted on 1/12/11)
