First, I have to say, the staff at Freshsmoking are awesome! They are not only professional and extremely responsive, they also take the time to respond in detail to any inquiries! I can also say that I have been somewhat of a pain in my transition to the ecigg with all of my questions and problems! They have been extremely supportive and informative!
My first ecigg was the Pharaoh, and though it was better than anything else I had tried (ie. from the gas stations and smoke shops) I wasn't sure it was the right match. I just received my Joye Dura-C 510 Automatic starter kit and I love it already. It was very easy to put together and I'm already enjoying the smoking experience. I noticed other reviewers indicated they needed a few days to adjust, but I haven't had the issue.
I have tried to quit smoking 9 times with no success! I've tried the patch several times, Chantix (which made me crazy and nauseous), and even aroma therapy. But none of those methods help with the most critical issue with quiting, the physical act of smoking. I find it soothing and it helps relieve stress.
With the e-cig I'll get that and be able to wean off my nicotine addiction. I'm so excited.
The only thing that's a bit weird for me is the weight. It's much heavier than a cigarette but I'm getting used to holding it.
I never write reviews but I'm so excited about this product, I decided I had to share. If I need to warn anyone after a few weeks of use, I'll post again, but I don't think that will be necessary.
Another important thing to note is it came in two days and I asked a question and received an email within an hour. I did a lot of research prior to buying and FreshSmoking had the best deal too. Plus great customer service! (Posted on 4/29/11)

I first want to commend Fresh Smoking for their INCREDIBLE customer service. I sent my questions at 2 am on a Saturday expecting a reply on Monday or Tuesday. The answers to my questions in detail were in my inbox at 2:30 am. I purchased this product and waited a mere 2 days for its arrival and my anticipation was not for nothing. I love this product and have shared the info with family and friends. I haven't had a real cigarette in 7 days. This is by far the best thing I could have done for both myself and my family. I was at the cigarette store and asked about their electronic cigs. They said they sell them as fast as they get them in. I've been trying to quit for years. I went to Amazon.com but they had few e-cigs to choose from. One review said she used Joye Dura C 510 and the FS Pharaoh. I did a search on google and Freshsmoking came up. I ordered both. I like having different ones. The Joyce Dura is the best. It's the closest to actually having a cigarette. The FS Pharaoh is almost as good. I have not had a cigarette in over a month and even though I sometimes miss it this e-cig is close enough to stop the craving. My daughter who also smokes bought these and hasn't smoke in 3 weeks.

I can't believe these haven't caught on. I"ve gone to a few bars - mostly to watch the Raiders since they're not on TV here. Every bartender hasn't even heard of e-cigs. It's great that you can smoke but it's not smoke and no smell, no smoke, no ash. I love these. (Posted on 12/17/10)

After 35 years of cigarettes this is it!!! Found this through an Amazon reviewer for another brand of ecig. Never seen anything like my Joye, so glad I didn't try another brand. This is very well made and sturdy and arrived in THREE DAYS! Charged it last night and just used it for the first time. It draws so nicely and the vapor noise reminds me of the draw noise you get from smoking and it hits your throat just like smoke. Do I sound excited? Well I am! (Posted on 10/26/10)

I bought the 510 and after one day usage convinced my 16 year smoker boyfriend to also give up smoking and go completely fresh smoke. We immediately purchased another starter kit for him too, along with some e-liquids.

My first ecig was a blucig. I ordered one for my husband and I. The flashy website and hype over the product pulled me in. After I ordered, it took about 6 WEEKS to arrive. Once I got it, I was supremely disappointed. My cravings weren't satisified and though it produced vapor, it really didn't satisfy my cravings. I would puff and puff without any satisfaction, it just didn't feel like a cigarette.

I was about to give up on all ecigs then, thinking it was just a gimmick but no matter where I went, the ads kept popping up. So I decided to give it another try. I found Freshsmoking through a review on Amazon, did research on the company and found it had nothing but positive reviews on its customer service and product. They sell the same models as some of the bigger well known companies but instead of slapping a fancy sticker on it and calling it something new, they just keep their prices low. Kinda like a generic no frills thing.

Customer service is important too, after the fiasco with blucig (waiting a crazy amount of time for the product, the rude people on their live chat and the hassle I received when I wanted to return the product, unbelievable) I wanted to make sure that I wasn't giving my hard earned money for a miserable experience and product. I wrote to Freshsmoking about 10 times and asked them a million questions and each time I received a response amazingly fast and detailed and always pleasant and polite. I decided to order the Pharaoh and my husband wanted to try their Dura-C.

After we ordered, we literally received our order in 2 days and we live in Arizona!! After a few more emails on how to use it, we finally got to try it. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I finally knew what the hype was about! My husband was pleasantly surprised too. It took a few days to work in but Freshsmoking told us to expect that the atomizer needs a day or two to work in and only gets better and better. It's really true. It was so easy to stop smoking the normal cigarettes. After about 2 days of just puffing on the ecig for fun, my husband and I both noticed that normal cigarettes started really tasting pretty bad. Puffing on the ecig gave us plenty of satisfaction and we felt like we were smoking! We've both tried everything before, going cold turkey, patches, gum and nothing ever worked out for us long term. It's now been about 6 months and we're both still supremely happy with our ecigs. Upkeeping our ecig habit is waaaay cheaper than buying cigarettes daily and we both feel so much better. I'm still loving my Pharaoh and my husband still prefers his Dura-C. I think I might pick up the Emperor eventually, it's just so pretty but what matters the most is that we both feel better and the fact that it was all so easy and fast. New to the ecigarette, I ordered the Joye 510 automatic. It is an excellent choice as a starter kit, very easy to use and well made.
