This kit is an amazing price for an amazing product. It has everything you need to get started. The price is right and FreshSmoking was really wonderful in answering all the questions I had. I didn't want to waste money trying something that I wasn't sure about. With this kit I got to try out the refill liquid too at a great price and this stuff lasts forever.

This is my first ecig, and at first I was having a bit of trouble and was not satisfied at all.
I liked the ecig experience, but was just not happy with consistent performance with the 510.
That has all changed after a few days of use.

It seems that there was a breaking in period for the atty. and for me also I guess, but now the 510 is simply awesome!
The amount of vapor is very impressive, the throat hit is as good, actually better than a regular cigarette.

I love this product.

Next, the customer service at FreshSmoking is super!

I do a lot of shopping on line due to being disabled and wheelchair bound,
so I have a vast amount of experience dealing with on line vendors.

All I can say is that the customer service at FreshSmoking is the best.

I am very please now with the 510, I may, or may not get a different model e cig,
I doubt it though as this thing rocks, period!

All in all the 510 gets a solid 10, (after break in), and customer service also gets a solid 10!
