My first ecig was a blucig. I ordered one for my husband and I. The flashy website and hype over the product pulled me in. After I ordered, it took about 6 WEEKS to arrive. Once I got it, I was supremely disappointed. My cravings weren't satisified and though it produced vapor, it really didn't satisfy my cravings. I would puff and puff without any satisfaction, it just didn't feel like a cigarette.

I was about to give up on all ecigs then, thinking it was just a gimmick but no matter where I went, the ads kept popping up. So I decided to give it another try. I found Freshsmoking through a review on Amazon, did research on the company and found it had nothing but positive reviews on its customer service and product. They sell the same models as some of the bigger well known companies but instead of slapping a fancy sticker on it and calling it something new, they just keep their prices low. Kinda like a generic no frills thing.

Customer service is important too, after the fiasco with blucig (waiting a crazy amount of time for the product, the rude people on their live chat and the hassle I received when I wanted to return the product, unbelievable) I wanted to make sure that I wasn't giving my hard earned money for a miserable experience and product. I wrote to Freshsmoking about 10 times and asked them a million questions and each time I received a response amazingly fast and detailed and always pleasant and polite. I decided to order the Pharaoh and my husband wanted to try their Dura-C.

After we ordered, we literally received our order in 2 days and we live in Arizona!! After a few more emails on how to use it, we finally got to try it. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I finally knew what the hype was about! My husband was pleasantly surprised too. It took a few days to work in but Freshsmoking told us to expect that the atomizer needs a day or two to work in and only gets better and better. It's really true. It was so easy to stop smoking the normal cigarettes. After about 2 days of just puffing on the ecig for fun, my husband and I both noticed that normal cigarettes started really tasting pretty bad. Puffing on the ecig gave us plenty of satisfaction and we felt like we were smoking! We've both tried everything before, going cold turkey, patches, gum and nothing ever worked out for us long term. It's now been about 6 months and we're both still supremely happy with our ecigs. Upkeeping our ecig habit is waaaay cheaper than buying cigarettes daily and we both feel so much better. I'm still loving my Pharaoh and my husband still prefers his Dura-C. I think I might pick up the Emperor eventually, it's just so pretty but what matters the most is that we both feel better and the fact that it was all so easy and fast. I'm about a month in with the pharaoh. I love it! Whenever I get that uptight feeling and I need a cig, I just drag on the pharaoh and I'm ok. My only vice is when I'm drinking and I'll still have the occasional prehistoric cigarette, but later regret it. Otherwise I love the product... I love the support from freshsmoking. The staff is very responsive and willing to answer all questions. If you want an alternative to all the garbage you inhale with traditional cigarettes, I recommend getting a starter pack AND a flavor refill liquid at the same time. I have used the same cartridges from the starter but have added (my favorite so far) apple when the original flavor expires. If you're on the fence, just try it. My fiance and I both got the 401 model as our first e-smoking experience. The order arrived after two days and four days later neither of us has had a real cigarette since, nor have we craved one. It is easy to get used to, and we actually find that we enjoy it more.
