We at FreshSmoking are so confident that you will be satisfied with our products that we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on nearly all products that we sell. You may return new and unopened items purchased within 14 days for a full refund less shipping and handling.

We at FreshSmoking test items before we send them out to ensure they are in good, working order. In the rare case that you receive a faulty item and are within the 14-day guarantee period, simply contact us at: support@freshsmoking.com for a full refund or an exchange for the same item.

We will be happy to ship a replacement item for you. If an item is out of stock, we will ship the item as soon as we are back in stock or we will offer you alternatives or a refund. The faulty item must be received by FreshSmoking before we send your replacement. We must be contacted within the 14-day guarantee and once contacted, the defective items need to be received by us within 5 business days.

If the item is faulty, FreshSmoking will refund the customer the cost of return shipping and we will send your replacement free of charge. We will only refund the shipping cost for returned faulty items if they are shipped via USPS First Class Mail in a padded envelope or box. We request the use of a padded envelope or box because items may be damaged or lost when processed through postal address machines. FreshSmoking is not responsible if returned items are lost in the mail. We will ship a replacement item via USPS First Class Mail. If items are sent to us using any other postal rate besides USPS First Class Mail, FreshSmoking will only refund shipping costs to a maximum of $2.00.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging and the consumer is responsible for return shipping and handling except in the case of faulty items.

FreshSmoking will not refund or replace items that have been deliberately tampered with or modified. We have put in place security safeguards that I.D. our products so that we do not accept defective items from other companies.

We believe that this 14-day period is sufficient to properly test our products to your standards. Our goal is for our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Our products are produced with the highest quality standards but they have a certain product life after which they need to be replaced. Instead of charging a higher up front premium and claiming unreasonable and unrealistic product life, we provide an honest and affordable, replace as needed system.


Product Specific Policy

If personal vaporizer starter kits are returned with used cartridges, we will refund your money less the cost of used cartridges. ($0.97 per used cartridge)

If Joye Dura-C 510 Mini Essentials Kit is returned with an opened or used Refill Liquid, we will refund your money less the cost of the Refill Liquid. ($5.00)
